Shopped around, tried all the demos and asked a few clients to do the same. Omnistarlive was a good candidate, but it seemed to be more centred on the Live Chat features, with the helpdesk stuck in as an afterthought. Good if you want a live chat *and* helpdesk system though.

So after much deliberation we went with the Inverseflow Help Desk System...and could not be happier! The install, customisation and integration in to our support site was a walk in the park. The ticketing system has everything we could possibly need, and not a single problem/bug/spelling mistake has been found yet.
